Anne Daly Née Sutton

Who died on Wednesday 4th October 2023. Aged 73 years.

Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary (Sutton), brothers Michael and Paddy, sister Kitty.

Anne will be reposing in Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Sunday, 8th October, from 2.30pm until 4pm, Anne’s removal will take place on Monday 9th October, to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, arriving for Requiem Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Reflection

In an era marked by strong currents of secularisation, materialism and individualism, when many people have pushed God to the margins of life, if they haven’t forgotten about Him entirely, Christians can be tempted to lose hope and retreat into a holy huddle... In the midst of such rapid change, some may be tempted to lose heart.
