who died on Friday 20th September 2024 aged 88 years.

Predeceased by his wife Elsie (Née Fogg), grandson Joe, parents, brothers and sisters.

Dominic will be reposing in Power’s Funeral Home Ferrybank on Sunday, 22nd September, from 4pm followed by removal at 5.30pm to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, Dominic’s Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, 23rd September, at 10am after which Dominic will be laid to rest the adjoining cemetery

Reflection

In an era marked by strong currents of secularisation, materialism and individualism, when many people have pushed God to the margins of life, if they haven’t forgotten about Him entirely, Christians can be tempted to lose hope and retreat into a holy huddle... In the midst of such rapid change, some may be tempted to lose heart.
